At Q for Quinn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products remain in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
